Return & Refund Policy

At VEYVIVO, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with the Return & Refund Policy outlined below.

Return Period

As a consumer, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

Once you have notified us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be in good condition;

  • Not be damaged due to use;

  • Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible;

  • Be returned complete, including any accessories.

You may inspect and evaluate the product as you would in a physical retail store. If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we may deduct an amount reflecting any loss in value from your refund.

Exceptions

The following products cannot be returned:

  • Hygiene products where the protective seal has been broken;

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been opened or used.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, VEYVIVO will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If you are returning the product because you changed your mind or the product does not meet your expectations, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 days using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase.

Shipping costs will only be refunded where required by law or if the return is the result of an error made by VEYVIVO.
